| Manpower is seeking Pre/Post Closers within the Title Industry for positions located in Southern Palm Beach County to work the Fannie files. Duties include, updating title and lien searches, correspondence with buyers, Realtors and lenders, ordering surveys, insurance, commission info, etc.. Assisting the Closer in the processing of the file, with tasks such as initial outreach to buyer, Realtor and lender, order updated title commitment and lien searches, order commission info, insurance info, survey and coordinate with lender for closing document production.
